Our canvassing efforts have begun!
Field organizer Chelsea refreshes Tom and Ilene on use of the Canvassing App.
Last week, we had a small but powerful crew canvass the district and they managed to get a few hundred doors knocked. Interactions at these doors have been very positive, and my campaign materials, which are chock full of practical information on voting, has been very well received.
Our team of volunteers will be back every weekend until November 3rd.
Canvassing remains one of the most effective ways to reach voters — nothing beats a real person at the door offering clear, trustworthy information.

If canvassing is not practical for you, there are other opportunities to get Democrats elected up and down the ballot:

Double check your voter registration at the My Voter Page on the Secretary of State Website by Oct 5.
Make a plan to Vote Early!
Keep the Voter Protection Hotline number handy 1-888-730-5816.
Why I Recommend Voting Early
For this election, I am strongly recommending early, in‑person voting. It offers several advantages:
You can vote at any early‑voting site in the county where you’re registered.
It’s the best protection against registration or Election Day issues — bad weather, power outages, or shenanigans at the polls. If something comes up, you still have time to try again.
Lines are short, especially after the first day.
Once you vote, you’ll come off many lists for mailings, door knocks, and calls/texts.
It helps the campaign target their efforts on voters that need info and reduces lines for last minute voters!

Or you can check mvp.sos.ga.gov for all other counties.
